One to register or make changes to your vendor profile and one to track and update orders. Your username and password stay the same for both applications.

Applied Valuation Services is committed to customer satisfaction. An important factor in achieving that level of customer satisfaction comes from building a strong team of qualified, professional vendor partners.
Applied Valuation Services conducts a thorough review of prospective vendors prior to acceptance to our panel. The on-boarding process review includes, but is not limited to, the examination of qualification criteria and documents, national registries to confirm certifications and licensing as well as disciplinary action claims against any potential vendor at the state level.
Applied Valuation Services has standard license and experience requirements that all appraiser partners must meet prior to consideration and approval to our panel. These include:
- License
- Resume
- E&O insurance
- Background check
- W-9
- Work samples
- Minimum 3 years appraisal experience
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience
